Project Organization - Executive Team (Sponsors)
This team is composed of the executive officers of the university and is chaired by the President. These executive officers are the sponsors of the ERP for the university community and have authority over the project budget. They provide the general guidelines within which the other groups work (see the Guidelines above). They also approve new policies that may be required and resolve any conflicting policies. Policy issues are forwarded to this group by the Project Steering Committee. This team may address project issues at their regular meetings via a standing agenda item or call special meetings monthly to address project issues. This team must approve any changes to the project plan that have budgetary impacts.
