Project Organization - Financial Team
This team is responsible for all aspects of implementing the financial system. They will meet frequently as a group to discuss and document project progress, create milestone reports, and identify and attempt to resolve issues and risks that arise as a result of process redesign and other decisions inherent in implementing a new financial system. The lead (and co-lead in the lead's absence) is a member of the Implementation Team and, as a member, should bring all issues to the attention of that team and how they were resolved. In the event that an issue cannot be resolved at modular team level, the lead (and co-lead) has the responsibility of asking the Implementation Team for assistance in resolving the issue. This team (as well as any other modular team) has the responsibility of creating work teams to assist in the implementation as needed and the obligation to manage the work of the work teams they create.
