Guidelines and Limitations
The guidelines for this project are detailed below and have been approved by the Executive Team. The limitations on the project are to develop work plans using existing staff whenever possible and to stay within the project budget unless approval for budget changes is given by the Executive Sponsors prior to the change. - Use expert advice for redesign.
- Implement business 'best practices" wherever feasible.
