Risk Management

Every project is subject to numerous risks. These can range from failure of vendors to deliver hardware on time to serious performance problems with the new software. In addition, personnel issues such as staff turnover and cultural issues such as an inability or unwillingness to consider new ways of conducting business to accommodate the new software can pose serious threats to the success of the project. Therefore, for the project as a whole and within each modular team, the likely risks will be identified, assessed and a course of action identified to mitigate the risk.
