Project Organization - Technical TeamThe Technical Team will be lead by ITD's Director of Infrastructure and includes leaders from the associated technical work groups (database administration, web services, appropriate hardware and software experts and assisted by an vendor technical consultant when necessary. While implementing the ERP, this team will meet as required to discuss and document the technical aspects of the project's progress. They are responsible for issues related to platform definition, application tuning, and will work with the Data Quality Team on issues related to data cleansing, data conversion programming, and data conversion from legacy into the new ERP. This group has primary responsibility for any system interfaces that may be required and other technical items related to the project's implementation.Members are: |
